All these three hi tech buildings have a common heart stopping feature and that is the main entrance Atrium glazing.
- This four-storey high atrium has a facade with high performance laminated low-e glass by means of a bolted glass assembly mounted on painted structural steel trusses.
- The complex sloped & curved bolted glass facade is exemplary in its form & is an engineering marvel in its own way.
- The strip glazing units and the punched windows on the side elevations of the buildings are provided with a two sided structurally glazed system incorporating Sunergy green Low e-glasses.
- The ACP cladding is provided with joints duly filled with black silicone sealant which add some character to the building.
- The entrance of the building has a large triangular canopy again with laminated low e-glass with bolted glass assembly mounted on painted structural steel members, to compliment the atrium facade above it.
- High end sensor operated sliding doors from Dorma have been installed at the entrance & the same add to the hi-tech element of the building.
